Refund policy

Returns

Items with original labels and packaging are eligible for full refunds. The return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us by email at lindsay@famjamjams.com within seven days of receiving your order to discuss a return and start the return process. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, tracking, and insurance. famjamjams is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We will only accept returns for items in their original condition, meaning unwashed, unworn and no pet hair on it, please!

Exchanges

If you require a different size, simply place an order for the new item you are looking to receive and ship back the item you no longer require for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
