Estimated shipping times for are shown at checkout and are typically 6-10 business days for Canada. Friendly reminder that business days do not include weekends. Also, please note that the number of days shown at checkout is the mail carrier's standard delivery estimate and may not take into account seasonal delays.

I often ship using Amazon Logistics as they are quick to deliver. Just a head's up that your order may show up in Amazon packaging. You are still supporting small business, but I'm a small business that likes to get things to you quickly and reliably. I also ship UPS within Canada if I am feeling uncertain about Canada Post and potential strikes. 

The order deadline to arrive in time for Christmas is Monday, December 8. I will continue to send orders received after this date, do my best to choose fast shipping options for Christmas arrival, and keep you informed of shipping timelines, however I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as there may be mail carrier delays beyond my control. I recognize that your sweaters are being ordered for Christmas, and I want your packages to arrive in a timely manner as much as you do. Thank you for your understanding!

International Orders including the US

Thank you so much for your interest in famjamjams and matching Christmas sweaters (jumpers!!). Unfortunately, due to tarrifs, duties and import fees, and unreliable delivery times for international orders, I have paused shipping to the US and internationally from Canada. 

US friends (and international), you can order directly through the US Amazon.com site (prices are in USD and your order will be shipped to you from a location in the US)

For customers outside of the US, when ordering from the Amazon US site:

• Any import duties and taxes are estimated and shown on the right of the screen and paid at the time of checkout so there are no surprises.
• Shipping is significantly lower than what I can can offer you, even at a subsidized rate.
• Amazon's international shipping speeds are faster and don't seem to get stuck in customs like when I send through Canada Post, our national mail carrier.
