Returns & Exchanges
Items with original labels and packaging are eligible for full refunds. The return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us by email within seven days of receiving your order to discuss a return and start the return process. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, tracking, and insurance. famjamjams is not responsible for items lost in transit.
We will only accept returns for items in their original condition, meaning unwashed, unworn and no pet hair on it, please!
*I understand items are being ordered for gifts or the holiday season. Please contact me at anytime if there's a return or sizing issue and you're beyond the 7 days stated above.*
If you require a different size, simply place an order for the new item you are looking to receive and ship back the item you no longer require for a refund.
